What happens if you eat rotting, curdled, off sour cream while pregnant?

It probably just upset your stomach because it was bad, but sour cream is actually cream that has already spoiled and been pasteurized. You may get food poisoning but chances are if you only ate a bite or two it will not effect your baby. Your probably going to have diarrhea though. If it worsens, makes you physically ill, or does not decrease in a few hours you should call the doctor just to be on the safe side. Good luck and congratulations on the baby!!
