Best snare drum heads?

Whats up internet world, I just bought a new 14 inch birch and poplar Ludwig snare drum, and need to replace the stock head. I need something versatile because i play a variety of styles, everything from jazz and funk to hard rock. If any of you have recommendations of personal favorite heads that worked for you in the past please tell, also any tuning tips would be awesome. Oh and on my toms i have all evans ec2 coated heads, and i just picked up a remo powerstroke pro for my BASS!!!!!
