Please help i need your advice?

hi guys well i was on a website the other day a legal herb site you can buy them from the dairy anyway i noticed that a could get them on the internet and could get value packs, i decided i wanted to buy one for $50 on there site it said if orders place before 1pm are dispatched the same day i, and that they will send me an email when it has left there wharehouse, i have not heard from them and have sent a dozen of emails and i have had a confirmation about my payment that i made yesterday and there was a number up the top saying to call them if any problems basically, i rand that person he says he doesnt no what hte hell i was talking about he said his name waas hamish then i rang this other number by funk pills and it was a voicemail message from the same guy saying his name was hamish sounded like the same voice and he said he was from funk pills, what the hell is going on please help what do i do, is there a main office i can ring i can find the number, or can someone check this website out and see what they think, www.funkpills.com
