What can I do to break through the depression and rage I feel?

I work really hard at a job that's under my capacities monday thru friday at a job that leaves me lingering with rage at times. I go to do something on my days off and white people who are supposed to be my people at like the starbucks or local pub to watch the NHL playoffs give me looks like I'm white trash or something ( I live in the south). I'm so burned out and can't do art work someone is paying me to do in my fee time because I feel much like I just want to lay on the ground and never awake. Any suggestions to break me out of this funk. Where's the frequency I used to feel?
